    Waddell cases are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship for a period of one year.  This guarantee does not cover glass breakage or any other damage when used in a manner other than for what is intended.  Normal wear and tear is also excluded.  This guarantee covers the Waddell case only and does not extend to any property damaged because of shelf failure or contents falling from a shelf.
